Charlotte built an extensive global experience in business management and marketing career that spans categories, segments and company types in the Wines, Spirit and Cannabis industries. Most recently the General Manager of the Robert Mondavi Winery, Charlotte divides her time between accelerating women founders' success globally and building NSC, a consultancy firm. She also leads the entrepreneurial module of Sonoma’s State University Global Wine Executive MBA program.
