• Supervise day to day activities and personnel of the component group to ensure the accurate and timely performance of sales support, sales administration, operations, arterial requirements and planning responsibilities.• Supervise and coach sales coordinators in the accomplishment of successfully executing customer requirements.• Responsible for maintaining inventory levels within budgeted guidelines.• Perform problem resolution such as internal credit department issues, sales department regarding sales forecasts and warehouse and factory issues.• Communicate with third party warehouse as well as various factories in Japan, Mexico and Malaysia

• Responsible for issuing sales orders via SAP / CCORE using customer releases• Track order/shipment from factory (Japan) or warehouse (Texas) to customer (Harman Becker, Lear, Boston Acoustics)• Develop PSI forecast using customer EDI 830 and previous sales history to determine material purchases• Perform variety of tasks associated with problem resolution, order expediting, inventory reconciliation, complete customer service.• Provide problem resolutions and administrative support for Account Managers

• Responsible for all aspects of Mopar programs consisting of: Third Party Packaging, Low Volume Packaging and Extended Buy programs• Responsible for all aspects of purchasing; securing and analyzing quotes, forecasting, price negotiations, expediting.• Plan and implement procedures to reduce backorders and improve “fill rates” for Chrysler parts depots using excel and various Chrysler mainframe programs; CLIMS,ODIMS,SMART, TRACS• Coordinate communications both internally and with the customer for all aspects of performance• Successfully managed a staff of 12 coordinators• Provide “whatever it takes” service to the customer to increase client satisfaction and program growth
