Charlotte is a CASS analyst, working within an International Markets Regulatory team at KPMG. This involves working with a variety of clients on a consultation basis and attending CASS training. The projects which Charlotte has worked on range from Section 166, Resolution Pack advisory, limited and reasonable assurance audits and governance. Charlotte is currently undergoing studies for a CISI CASS qualification.

I currently work within the Retirement Solutions business, supporting the launch of the new D2C platform and the existing advised platform, with the understanding of CASS and Technical Assurance. Ensuring I work to the CASS and FCA regulations and keep up to date with the constant changes of rules and regulations.I also provide the shortfall funding to an external organisation on a daily basis and support the CMAR on a monthly basis.Providing support and updates on business risk profiles, risks, breaches and loss events for the business unit ensuring managers have the most current position available to them through the visibility at governance forums. The understanding of risk management, ensuring that client money and asset processes are designed and work effectively, as they need to be integral and robust to support the end to end 'direct' customer journeys; this includes associating reporting internally and externally for senior management to highlight risks and issues to support the overseeing of the internal and external administration of platforms.

Fixed Term contract - The management of four mail boxes and effectively allocate case work to appropriate Lawyers who has the best knowledge on the key topic.I work closely with the Company Secretarial team in relation to Boards and Committees, also the creation and upkeep spread sheets of all the Board and Committee dates. Also doing Document Execution for the Company Secretarial team and Policy Sealing for the Legal team.I use internal systems such as iProcurement, where I raise and receipt invoices for the department.I have been given the opportunity to facilitate a new practice and content to employees across Aviva within the UK. Although the course does not specifically relate to the organisation, it makes people think about their priorities and goals, in both a personal and professional manner. It has given me the opportunity to help develop a wide range of people, both within the internally and externally to the company. This has been a great method to not only apply what I have learnt through-out my studies, but to also push and develop myself.I have am the Legal Departments DSE assessor, this involves individual annual assessments, complying to both the standards of the organisation and making sure that the individuals are happy.
