I'm passionate about celebrating diversity and innovating to make our communities intentionally inclusive. I'm a confident, empathetic communicator- always curious to learn more about people and their lived experiences- and this is the driving force behind the work that I do! I have strong research skills and knowledge of the socioeconomic landscape, particularly the inequalities prevalent in the UK's institutions, which I have developed throughout my professional experience and whilst studying LLB Law and Master of Laws in Law and Politics. 🤓My work experience includes:🌟 designing and delivering training and facilitating safe learning environments🌟 equality impact assessments, culture reviews and training needs analysis🌟 management of diversity, inclusion and accessibility projects 🌟 fundraising and awareness-raising campaigns🌟 project management of the launch of new people-centred services 🌟 student-facing support services in higher education🚀 I currently work at Culture Shift. We’re a tech for good company, empowering organisations to build cultures where people feel like they belong, and feel safe enough to speak up if they don’t. I head up the Training Academy, developing learning journeys to support our partner organisations to use our reporting platform to effectively drive culture change.
