Within the RTE Programme, Charlotte managed a portfolio of five high-profile venues (Olympic Stadium, Greenwich Park, ExCeL, Hadleigh Farm and the Main Press Centre), the design and delivery of a LOCOG Crisis Management Team (CMT) simulation exercise (focussed on an unfolding crisis at the Greenwich Park Sport Test Event), as well as the IOC CMT – LOCOG CMT Readiness table top exercise (focussed on the coordinated response to key risk scenarios, e.g. brand ambush, anti-doping, missing athlete, operational crisis).Charlotte was operational during the Greenwich Park and Horse Guards Parade Olympic Test Events, as a Venue Communications Centre (VCC) Operator.
