With over 20 years of experience as a nail art professional and manager, I founded and ran Charlotte Venus Nails, a successful nail salon that catered to a diverse and loyal clientele for more than a decade. I was a nail educator, teaching and assessing students from all over the country. In 2021, I changed career path and began my journey as a project administrator and quickly advanced to the role of office manager. I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing the project documentation, part managing the team and liaising with the clients and contractors. I demonstrated my skills in office administration, communication, and organisation, as well as my ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. In 2023, I became the director of Venus Asset Management & Engineering Services Ltd (V.A.M.E.S Ltd), we specialise in asset management and engineering solutions. I am excited to lead the company's growth and innovation, watching it go from strength to strength.
