In addition to my regular Sustainability Services Manager responsibilities, I have taken on:- Principal lead in GRESB reporting for up to 7 portfolios annually, including corporate data collection, documentation, data collection and organization, and annual GRESB scoring analysis and improvement plan- Development and implementation of Resilience programs with clients in alignment with TCFD, PRI- Provide clients with feedback on current and potential vendors offering sustainability/conservation services- Advisor to junior managers

- Responsible for the ESG/sustainability programs for five institutional clients representing over 145 million square feet of a variety of real estate asset classes, including: office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and hotel. Primary contact and relationship manager for these clients. • Manage a team of up to three associates, overseeing training, workflow, reviewing work product, managing timelines to ensure deadlines are met • Author quarterly sustainability performance indicator reports detailing: changes in energy and water consumption as well as waste diversion rate, ENERGY STAR score, Green Building Certification (GBC) status, and accompanying property notes. Maintain and monitor all data in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. • Evaluate, recommend, and obtain ENERGY STAR Certifications and Green Building Certifications for properties, including: IREM CSP, LEED EB:OM & v4.1, BREEAM, BOMA360, Fitwel, WELL Building Certification • Conduct annual ESG training for all clients on program progress and industry updates, such as Resilience and Health & Wellbeing • Inform and support clients and property teams on upcoming benchmarking ordinances, audit ordinances, renewable energy requirements, and carbon emission limits and monitor compliance • Complete ESG+R acquisition assessments for assets as part of the due diligence process- Manage ESG/Sustainability Reporting for up to seven portfolios annually • Key role in GRESB reporting • Conduct materiality assessment and compose Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reports for clients • Primary contact for investor questions pertaining to environmental, social, governance, and resilience (ESG+R) efforts, programs, and reporting- Editor of LORD Green’s property type specific Sustainability Resource Guides, distributed annually, and create an industrial-specific Tenant Sustainability Guide for clients

- Act as main point of contact and resource for property teams regarding sustainability/ESG- Complete applications for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Certified Sustainable Property for over 30 properties- Review and update ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager accounts, monitor ENERGY STAR Certification status and pursue certification - Prepare ESG inserts for clients’ quarterly investor reports, create presentations for annual client visits and ad-hoc requests

- Set up new ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager accounts for properties and train property teams on how to utilize the tool- Managed third parties entering and utility companies entering utility data into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager- Ensured all available property utility data is collected & entered in ENERGY STAR for sustainability reporting

I aided in the LEED certification for commercial properties by assisting Project Leaders, working with Energy Star Portfolio Manager, LEED Online, and creating project proposal comparisons. Also, I composed environmental policies for properties and investment companies all over the country. I served as point of contact for external companies (e.g. Energy Star and USGBC (US Green Building Council) to complete LEED Certifications. While in this position, I meticulously researched industry reports and presented relevant findings to management and facilitated client questions by through prompt and thorough responses. My role and responsibilities greatly expanded as the summers progressed and CEO continuously reaches out for continued support.
