As the Resourcer at Tinies Childcare, I specialise in sourcing candidates for both South East London and Kent.I started my journey in childcare in 2013 as an apprentice, earning a Level 3 qualification. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience working with children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old in various settings, including day nurseries and as a private nanny.Though I found my work in the Early Years sector rewarding, I wanted to broaden my impact by helping others find their ideal childcare positions. Today, I take great pleasure in guiding individuals toward their dream roles in the field.
