Planned and executed dorm and campus-wide events for up to 200 residents to promote community on campus. Worked to build community throughout the residence halls to improve student’s residence experience. Documented residents and made professional reports regarding incidents. Assisted in the hiring process for new CFs by conducting group interviews.

Oversaw a portion of the university's upperclassmen apartment complex. Act as a resource for residents by completing office, desk, and duty hours.

I worked to strengthen donor and board relations, among other tasks, by carefully tracking and maintaining the CRM database in Salesforce and assisting with board and donor events. During my time at Meridian I had the opportunity to interact and create relationships with many high-level corporate and public sector individuals. Additionally I helped to maintain large database projects in Excel. Worked closely with senior staff to plan and implement major diplomatic and corporate events. Researched and compiled information on potential and past funding sources in order to pursue future grants. Contributed to positive donor relations via working on the 45th Annual Meridian Ball & Global Leadership Summit.

Researched current policy issues and constituent attitudes in the city of San Jose for making changes to the 2013 Budget Proposal. Compiled and provided vital information to senior advisors and the mayor to ensure the office functioned smoothly. Assisted in the hiring of the 2013-14 City Youth Commissioner by reading applications and conducting interviews.
