Oomph! is dedicated to transforming the day-to-day health and quality of life of older people through group-based exercise classes - such as chair cheerleading and chair aerobics - that improve mobility, social interaction and mental stimulation. We already help many thousands of older people every month in care homes and across the community - and that number is growing rapidly.Oomph!'s fun, inclusive and interactive exercise and dance classes make so many people happier and healthier.Our focus on familiar music, dance-led routines and props create a party atmosphere that means older people actively look forward to our classes.
