Program Coordinator for two NSF grant funded programs and one NIH grant funded program.

Market research and business development projects for publishing companies and EdTech start-ups;• Perform market research via surveys, calls, interviews and email marketing campaigns to source new prospects. • Qualify leads, build pipelines and bring sales to a close in the higher education and for profit spaces.• Use CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Base, etc. to process, track and grow the pipeline while recording all activity. • Lead online presentations using WebEx, Join Me or GoTo Meeting and on the phone walk through demonstrations and troubleshooting with potential customers.• Write executive summaries and/or monthly reports, to communicate the progress to date with both qualitative and quantitative metrics.• Prepare for and attend conferences to meet with current and prospective customers to demonstrate the technology products and track leads for follow up and close.

• Created and led over 50 presentations through WebEx and to live audiences in large and small group settings. • Generated new leads, qualified and tracked them in Salesforce, logging activity through to a close and created new market opportunities.

• Exceeded 4th Quarter Sales Goal by 46% in 2011 within a $2.8 million territory spanning CT, MA and RI, tracking and building the pipeline in Sales Force.• Consulted with and presented to instructors in person, by telephone and email daily to create customized digital and print solutions tailoring course materials specifically to the needs of the course, instructor and students.• Created training materials and trained instructors and students on how to use the digital platforms, Connect, LearnSmart and Aleks and worked closely with other team members to ensure that the implementation and onboarding experience was successful.

• Exceeded sales goals 3 out of 4 years by 10-20% by selling college textbooks and digital platforms to public and private high schools for their Advanced Placement, Honors and Electives students.• Drove the increase in annual territory sales from under $774,000 in 2007 to over $1.2 million in 2011 • Proactively harnessed new strategic opportunities by creating relationships with national and state curriculum directors at the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI) to boost sales through grant funding.

• Create curriculum for children ages 2-5, train teachers, teach and write a monthly newsletter

• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling travel, meetings, work on presentations, plan intra-European events, board meetings, manage two support staff, translate documents to/from Danish/English and negotiate pricing with vendors.

• Manage correspondent banking accounts for Benelux, UK and English speaking African countries, work with other departments to resolve client issues and plan international bankers luncheons.
