ADMINISTRATION- Answer to the telephone, taking and forwarding messages- Manage mail, fax and courier assigned by the Project coordinator or manager- Correspondence with customers & suppliers- Management and monitoring of billing customers and suppliers- Participation in the preparation and drafting of various reports- Creation of standard letters- Accounts reconciliations for hotels, customers and registrationHOTEL OPERATIONS- Processing of hotels applications for groups and individual participants (including the allocation of rooms,modification, cancellation, reception and payment management)- Management, seizure, insertion of rooming lists for the different hotels – supporting and helping groups- Management and seizure of the hotels modifications- Onsite management of new bookings, late modifications, no shows and early departures- Preparation of hotel promotional documents- Onsite housing promotionREGISTRATION OPERATION- Creation of different types of record in the computer system- Processing of registration for individual and group participants (including tours, social program, differentcourses etc .... And the receipt and management of payments)- Control, seizure, inserting lists of names for the output of badges- Preparation of documents for participants – organising the onsite badge collection
