As an owner and coach, I provide empowered, positive, and action-oriented relationship coaching for individuals and couples. I help my clients nurture and grow themselves as as individuals and as a team, helping them enhance their emotional and physical intimacy, and explore their needs, desires, attachment styles, and boundaries.I know how vulnerable it is to discuss topics such as desires, sex, relationship conflicts and self esteem issues. I offer a safe and confidential space to discuss topics that may feel off limits with others.I’m trained in Level One- Couples Therapy with the Gottman Method as well as a trained Sex and Relationship Coach through the Somatica Institute. In my coaching practice, we work together to form a relationship and to enhance your tools for connection. In working together, we will break through the barriers, wounds, trauma, societal/family messages, challenges with intimacy, and self-sabotaging behaviors to achieve better and deeper connection, self-love, confidence, peace, security and joy. By helping couples find their way back to each other, repairing long standing issues in relationships and rekindling connection we create an inclusive atmosphere of compassion, curiosity, and understanding.
