About Charlotte Bottomley
Having worked within several training roles, I have been involved with implimenting very successful programmes of both delivering training as well as the co-ordination and management of a brand new training programme to be delivered to SME's across Leeds, York and North Yorkshire. During my time at Capita Financial, I implimented an induction programme for all new starters as well as designing and delivering new training courses for all staff within the company in line with the FSA Regulations. Whilst working at Leeds, York and North Yorkshire, I have brought in a brand new training programme of training courses to offer out to all SME's within the area. This included going to tender and recruit a team of trainers to deliver a range of courses which I had researched and set costings up for. My goals are to grow myself and my career within my chosen sector whilst helping develop others in the process.
