I believe an inclusive workplace is a prosperous workplace and the key to an inclusive workplace is building empathy.Throughout my career, I've worked in Employee Communications, HR, Management Consultancy and Diversity and Inclusion with a wonderful variety of businesses big and small. I set up Altogether in early 2016 to take a different, creative approach to Diversity and Inclusion engagement within workplaces.
