I am a helper, leader, influencer, facilitator, cheerleader, collaborator, connector, certified coach, and celebrator of life. I value equality, equity, diversity, inclusion and positivity, and share genuinely and from my heart with every interaction. I have had the great fortune of working for two phenomenal companies that have invested a great deal in me. As a result of this, I spend each day pouring my heart and passion into my work, trying to pay these gifts forward to others, and actively advocating for these wonderful companies. My career experiences are varied and span from IT to Op Ex to Finance to Inventory Mgmt to Talent Mgmt to Learning & Development to DE&I. I am a certified coach and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. While I love how data tells a story, I love even more what we can accomplish through engaged and motivated team members. My goal is to always ensure optimal communications shared with authenticity. My top five strengths are: Achiever, Positivity, Individualization, Woo, Arranger. Having grown up in a small coal mining village just outside of Pittsburgh PA without a lot of extras, I have personally experienced the difference volunteers can make. I try to give back with my time and resources where I can. I was involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for 8 years and currently with TutorMate. And I am a proud board member for the New Directions Career Center. I also participate in all of our Employee Resource Groups at Cardinal Health and I make it my mission to invest in each one of them. I have a particular passion for Veterans due to my previous volunteer time as a Navy Ombudsman and my son's service in the Army. I also celebrate my Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender colleagues and use my voice as an Ally to promote equality. And I have a heart for those with disabilities and those who have been marginalized in any way. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, giving back to my community, working on my health, and being the best grandmother and person I can be.
