My introduction of an ambassador program was adopted by the global team and distributed to other regions. Our John West Campaign with WWF won the Gold Banksia Award for Sustainability in 2016. MSC is a Global NGO that maintains and ecolabel program for sustainable seafood created by a partnership between Unilever and WWF. I was responsible for developing and leading all communications and marketing strategies and activities across Australia, New Zealand and coordinating the effort in Asia Pacific region.

As part of the Australian Government sponsored Australian Youth Ambassador for Development (AYAD) program I was responsible for implementing a communications strategy to enable Ni-Vanuatu to access TVET's income generating training and education courses. There are 3 official languages in Vanuatu and over 138 indigenous languages, access to internet is limited with most villages without electricity so I had to get creative with communication. I developed relationships with key influencers and media. I created a radio show which is still running today. My role was two-fold to also build the capacity of my team, I think I ended up learning much more than what I could impart.
