My training uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and I have worked with a vast range of people and projects within fast-paced, commercial environments.In my early career, I worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group where I worked as a senior change manager overseeing projects within the Group’s telephony and internet banking channels. My work comprised of operational and strategic change programmes, the implementation of new products, resource and operational risk management.
