As the Business Systems Manager for Macildowie Outstanding Recruitment I am proud to work for a company who recently placed 23rd in Time 100 Small Companies to work for 2019.I joined Macildowie in May 2008 as a Business Support Administrator; working in the Nottingham Office I became Office Manager in 2011 managing a team of 3. Keen to make the business support function more consistent across the business in 2012 I became the Office Manager for both our Nottingham and Leicester Offices managing a team of 6.Over the 7 years within the Business Support Team I developed a number of skills including to process review, analysis and developing proposals for new ways of working, training, event planning, basic technical support, people, supplier and facilities management, data analysis and reporting.In 2015 I moved to support the Director of Business Systems as a Business System Support Analyst. Moving into that role I focused on improving our business’s systems to support the company’s growth and learning more to bring our systems management in-house.May 2018, I was promoted to Business Systems Manager.
