As the Marketing Officer for the World Wellbeing Movement, I oversee our online and offline presence by developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms. I create engaging content, ensure brand alignment, and monitor performance metrics to maximise reach and impact. Additionally, I oversee podcast publications, write articles, manage our website, and support event management activities. Housed within the Wellbeing Research Centre at the University of Oxford, the World Wellbeing Movement (WWM) is a non-profit social impact organisation working at the intersection between academic experts, and decision-makers in both business and policy to translate evidence-informed wellbeing insights into real-world impact.

High volume scheduling and stakeholder liaison. I communicate with candidates and multiple hiring managers across all vacancies in the school, post job adverts and deliver personalised verbal feedback. I am responsible for travel and accommodation logistics for senior stakeholders. I’ve expanded my role to head projects including streamlining internal processes and building sites for job boards we have partnered with to aid our commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Responding to all student queries via email, over the phone and in person. Responsible for comms with all students on the largest course - the LPC. Analysing and entering data to ensure all student records were accurate and up to date. Conducting Right to Study meetings with all new international students.Processing and supporting students through intermission and transfer requests. Changing current systems and implementing new ones to improve efficacy of tasksDelivering training to new SI staff and creating training documents to pass on when I left the role.

Independently managing the pub twice weekly. Proven ability to direct and improve bar operations within dynamic hospitality environments. Maintaining stock, training new employees, keeping customers safe during the pandemic. Acting promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and diffuse any heated situations.
