I joined Compass Group UK & Ireland on their Graduate Scheme, rotating around three central function roles: Internal Communications, PR and Social Media. During this role I completed a industry and internationally recognised Management Programme - Evolve. The e-magazine I was deputy editor for reached the final of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations for Best Internal Publication 2012. I also managed a 2 day leadership event for senior leaders across the UK & Ireland as well as organising the company wide reward and recognition awards evening.
