As the creative Agency Operations lead, I work at the heart of the agency. Being part of the management team, I improve processes and workflows, to increase quality, productivity and efficiency. But I'm mostly a people manager: attracting new talent, growing talent and reinforcing the agency culture.

In my role as Traffic manager, I manage the agency’s creative resources. Coordinating the day-to-day agency creative efforts, ensuring the right people get involved at the right time. Within this role, I oversee all internal processes and flows, and financial management.Responsibilities: planning, monitoring resources needs, recruiting new talent. Assisting account and project managers with optimal planning and coordination for the projects, financial reporting.

As an Account manager I always aimed for the best results for my clients… whether it was a branding exercise, communication strategy, digital project, TV campaign or activation.
