About Charlotte Griffin

Being very active from a young age, I developed a positive relationship with exercise and healthy living. After years of study in the field of Exercise Science and then working within specialised clinics, commercial gyms and privately with clients, I began to see a ‘space’ in the market. I have spent the last 5 years working towards creating a space; The Fit Space, that provides people with a personalised and affordable fitness experience, with an atmosphere, community and higher level of accountability that keeps people coming back for more.Exercise, in any form, is as a chance to kickstart the kind of change that can drive every aspect of our lives.
