After graduating from University as a Primary School Teacher in 2016, I then went on to become a temporary supply teacher. After a couple of years, I could see my passion was more in education recruitment, so I joined my agency, as a recruitment consultant. I built up long-lasting relationships with many clients and candidates over the next 6 years and in 2024, my business partner and I, set up our own education recruitment company called Holland Griffiths Recruit (HG Recruit). I am now a proud director and consultant our HG Recruit, providing local primary school teachers across South Manchester and Derbyshire with long term and short term work.
