All projects entail innovations or process improvements for the partner portals at bol.com. Furthermore, I take the responsibility to integrate various forms of partner surveys and usability tests into the way of working of my team. And as a senior I also coach new team members in the team.

When I started as a product specialist for second hand books, my first task was to obtain insights into the sales data and customer journey of second hand books. Furthermore, my job was to make second hand books more visible in the webshop. I made analyses to find out where we could improve the sales of second hand books but also the easiness for sellers to upload and sell their books. I liked my job, but I like exploring the world; meeting other people, understanding other cultures, doing adventurous activities and visiting beautiful areas too!Therefore, I have been traveling in South America for eight months. From Colombia to Argentina. Definitely to explore this beautiful part of the world, but also to do volunteering work and to learn Spanish.
