Responsibilities include hiring and training orientation leaders, creating all presentations and activities for new students (including DEI programming and a service project), organizing parent and student programs, facilitating 30+ orientation sessions per year, and performing all office and administrative duties.

Professor Richard Dienst and a team of five exemplary students facilitated this research project with the goal of creating a literary theory course that could be effective in the post COVID online university environment. The resulting research and compiled texts and outlines were the basis for a Fall 2020 Rutgers course.
