Literary manager & associate producer for an independent nonprofit NYC theatre company, with specific responsibility for the ongoing staged reading series.

Launch team and brand representative for the brand new Museum of Broadway in NYC, the first permanent museum dedicated to Broadway history in the world. Responsibilities include customer service, ticketing and tour group management, guest experiential engagement, daily special operations, training of new employees, and event facilitation.

Bookseller at highly trafficked campus bookstore located in the city center. Responsibilities include customer service, inventory management and order placement, training of new employees, organizational and office administrative duties, and maintenance of contemporary literary knowledge.

Non-profit, student-run premiere comedy theatre troupe at Rutgers University. Responsibilities include social media outreach and engagement, advertisement and recruitment, administrative functioning, brand development, budgeting and fundraising, and production management.

Created and facilitated the new student orientation program with a team of nine interns, with a commitment to welcoming, preparing, and engaging new Rutgers students. Responsibilities include hiring and training orientation leaders, creating all presentations and activities for new students (including DEI programming and a service project), organizing parent and student programs, facilitating 30+ orientation sessions per year, and performing all office and administrative duties.

Professor Richard Dienst and a team of five exemplary students facilitated this research project with the goal of creating a literary theory course that could be effective in the post COVID online university environment. The resulting research and compiled texts and outlines were the basis for a Fall 2020 Rutgers course.

Facilitated the transition to college for hundreds of new Rutgers students, with an emphasis on preparing them for the college environment academically, mentally, and socially. Responsibilities included leading discussions related to DEI and student resources, working with new students to build connections and find community, and working with a team of 50 OLs to execute a smooth two-day orientation program for thousands of new students.
