I manage a team of designers across different geographies to align in a cohesive analyst to organizational leader/manager workflows that help empower organizations with data-driven, actionable insights to increase productivity and performance. Responsive design for use on desktop and iPad. This app accommodates for three tiered accessibility (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Corporate User) where users are able to create quotes, manage leads, see recent activity and to-do lists.• Re-designed the functionality, user flow and interface for the Brookfield Homes Communities website which allows users to browse by communities, search for home listings, view home details and estimate their payment. Successfully developed hi-fidelity wireframes and prototype for client presentation which led to expedited approvals and more business opportunities.• Designed a Canadian online retail site (HealthSnap) that features product listing and detail, sale section, shopping cart, peer-to-peer reviews, as well as the option to ship products to home or pharmacy for pick-up during the check-out process. Collaborated with the UX designer to ensure an accessible and intuitive user interface focusing on the technical aspects of the checkout process.
