I was responsible for handling inquiries about Løgismose Wines products; as well as advising B2C customers. In addition, I supported the sales department to ensure efficient and professional order execution. I handled inquiries regarding sales. The job consisted of daily contact with the warehouse and transporters, as well as daily invoicing and order processing.

As Office Manager and Sales Assistant at The Local Drop, I was responsible for growing my own personal portfolio of private and corporate clients. I was also responsible for inventory management, packing, shipping and following up on all orders. As Beverage Manager, I was responsible for the back end management of all wine stock, ordering, deliveries and stocktake for the Botanical (incl. bottle shop) and Winestyle Online. Further, I assisted in the development and management of the Botanical wine list. Also, I assisted in managing and executing Winestyle Online marketing campaigns and events. In terms of software, I used QDOS, H&L and My Guest List.

In my role as Wine Specialist I was responsible for enriching, cleaning & verifying the massive selection of wines present within the Vivino database. My ultimate goal was to optimise the experience for our over 18 million users. The mission of the Wine Data team is to manage complex information about over 9 million wines from over 200.000 wine producers and share wine-related knowledge with the largest wine community in the world.
