I head up the talent acquisition team in Carousell, responsible for the development & implementation of talent attraction strategy with close partnership from stakeholders across Technical and Business functions.- Partner with the leadership team to build Employer Branding and Recruitment strategies that support the scaling organization while building high performing teams across business and technical hires- Establish and monitor recruiting processes and practices; recommend cost effective and creative solutions that enhance quality- Develop sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to meet recruitment needs; lead searches and manage long-term executive level candidates- Manage a team of recruiters, sourcer and coordinator across region (Singapore, Taiwan and India) to achieve recruitment targets - Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk- Update current and design new recruiting procedures using advanced technology- Utilize existing data to develop recruiting analytics and dashboard for leadership team reporting to ensure constant and real-time insights

I am responsible for maximizing employees' performance in Technology team (Product, Data & Engineering) of Carousell's strategic objectives.
