- Ship controller of Super Star Libra and managed overall inventory (cabins) of the ship,- Manage incoming group bookings from Thailand, Taiwan, China and mainly Malaysia & India market.- Monitoring cancellation deadline of group bookings and also managing cost control based on market sales pattern.- Usage of in-house computer system “Seaware"- Operate closely with manager and other ship controller on daily basis while working independently.- Liaise/deal with tour agents mainly through Sales department with email & phone calls daily.- Liaise closely with ship manager on board on status of cabins (e.g out of order cabins)- Resolve any adhoc issues/request on daily basis.- Making independent decisions on daily basis based on situation and issue.- Provide weekly report on cancellation deadline of all group bookings.
