Led the development, implementation, and dissemination of a research project on relationship between geology and plantation landscapes at James Monroe's Highland. Research resulted in a series of maps and graphics of geology at Highland to be used in museum exhibits. Conducted field work including bedrock and soil sampling to explore associations between geology, history, and land use at James Monroe’s Highland. Used ArcGIS Pro and Google Earth to create a map of soil, bedrock geology and plantation locations during the Monroe era.
