• Actively participates in brainstorming sessions within a collaborative team environment, offering creative ideas and insights to improve library services and user experience.• Assists in promoting library services to scholars and touring groups visiting the library. Welcome and engaged with touring groups and orientation, showcasing the library's technology offerings, resources, and workshops available to them. Provides information about the various services and answers questions to enhance their understanding and interest in the library's offerings.• Assists students, staff, and faculty with troubleshooting technology and media-related questions, providing assistance and consultations. This includes office equipment, library-owned and personal computers, large format scanners, and more.• Circulates technology equipment, including recording equipment and hardware devices, ensuring all items are in good working condition for both check-out and return processes.• Routinely keeping survey statistics, inventory, record-keeping of circulating technology and virtual catalogs, handbooks covering policies and procedures on the library website, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for patrons.• Collaborates with ITS to support the deployment of new computer systems within FSU Libraries, including the installation and configuration of virtual machines/zero clients/media computers. Responsibilities include preparation of data wiping, hardware setup and system imaging, cable management, and configuring remote access, ensuring smooth and secure integration into the network.

• Work in lab 5 hours a week, assisting graduate students in composite materials research via aiding in physical experiments and data entry/analysis.• 3D model, simulate, and analyze performance of materials and structural designs through Abaqus FEA, and design materials to be used in physical experiments through SolidWorks.

• Collaborated with teammates to create dozens of webpages using Apache Tomcat, JSP, and Jakarta Servlets to build a website to buy and access licensed software and files for both users and administrators.• Webpages created included database viewing/management pages, shopping cart and checkout services, file upload capabilities, and automated emailing for notifications and password resets, as well as systems for managing notifications and restricted pages for certain users.• Worked with creating, updating, accessing, and utilizing large databases with SQLog.

Assisted lab leaders in developing and implementing technical (STEM) education programs for schools, administrators, teachers and students in technical career and college exploration, technology integration, technical (engineering) design processes, programming, and creative problem-solving.
