Graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2008 and commenced employment with CarillionEnterprise on the Regional Prime (Central) defence contract. Utilising 5 years experience within Total Facilities Management I moved to HCP Social Infrastructure, an infrastructure management consultancy organisation, as a Monitoring Officer responsible for delivering a regime for contractual and statutory compliance. In 2014 I became the Operations Manager for four investment vehicles (combined capex c£116m) in the PFI sector.

  Responsible for the Operational Management of four education PFI SPV companies with a combined property portfolio value of circa £116m. My responsibilities include: •Chairing all liaison with the Authority, School and Operating Contractors.•Managing hard and soft FM service providers’ performance.•Responsible for all statutory reporting procedures including attendance at Board Meetings.•Monitoring and managing Company sub-contracts including those between its Construction Contractor and Operating Contractor ensuring obligations are met.•Acting as representative on multidisciplinary groups and committees.•Coordinating and producing Board Reports.•Responsible for identifying and addressing operational performance issues •Insurance claim management.
