I am about to retire from full time as Prof at Portsmouth Business School, but retaining an interest in employer engagement and helping you find systems and processes to get the best out of staff in a sustainable way. Getting every tiny thing perfect for employees is not my bag. I am interested in finding small interventions for the employer that make huge differences to employees' experience at work. That might be about helping you confront and minimise the negative (eg workplace bullying) or thinking through how your people are motivated and whether you are leveraging them as best as you could.I believe that we all seek to stretch ourselves and thrive in the process.
