AnthroTronix specializes in human-computer interface technology and product development for mobile computing platforms and robotic systems for the advancement of health, communication, education, and defense.As President and COO, I partner with the CEO, CFO, and CTO in determining and executing upon all aspects of company strategy and direction. I set and oversee policies and procedures for maximum efficiency, and am responsible for budgeting, cost management, and leadership of financial and technical personnel. I manage key stakeholder relationships, including the Board of Directors, B2B Partners and external Legal Counsel. As COO, I create the vision for employee and company culture, ensuring acquisition and retention of top talent and a shared understanding of company goals and purpose.

In the formative years of AnthroTronix, I led the user-centered design process and directed the deployment of prototype technology in a clinical setting for testing and evaluation with end-users (therapists, parents, and children.) My work resulted in the commercialization of an educational product line and creation of company subsidiary, AT KidSystems. I led the entire life cycle product development process of software and hardware products for AT KidSytems, directing all aspects of product design and development, marketing and sales efforts including brand identification, and partnership development.

A research and development company specializing in human computer interface, and recognized as Technology Pioneer in 2005 by the World Economic Forum. Responsibilities include the direction of marketing initiatives, manage projects, drive user-centered design process through the oversight of clinical observations of prototype technology, and lead the administrative oversight of grants and contracts.

Focus on educational products, responsible for the manufacture, marketing, and distribution of accessible educational software and hardware products, direct all aspects of product design and development, direct marketing and sales efforts including brand identification, and oversee partnership development.

Progressing throughout various roles within Project Management and Research, I developed and managed project timelines, contributed to acquiring funding through grants and contracts, and oversaw a national foundation within the UCP organization.
