After six months working for Fantasia I was promoted to a project manager for a local online TV channel, Watford TV. I was responsible for managing the project from the early concept stages, employing people and creating departments to help aid the project. I was also in control of the branding, the, the business plan (selling online advertisement), marketing the channel through social media and keeping to the budgets in place by overseeing the programme ideas through pre and post production. This meant I shared the responsibility of organising and coordinating shoots, being a director on shoots and seeing each programme through the post-production stage. The role meant I overlooked each department on a daily basis, amending scripts, casting presenters, storyboarding animation sequences, organising the research department and being present in one to one meetings during the website development stages. I had to use my own initiative and make fast and rational decisions daily.

Fantasia is a leading British-Asian advertising agency which has been responsible for the media planning, advertising and productions. I was hired to manage the sister company Fantasia Studios. I was responsible for marketing the studio in our local area as a studio that could offer facilities and help with company advertising. I was also responsible for holding regular castings, booking in actors and voice over artistes and employing freelancers for the different services we offered. As well as seeing the ad agency productions through pre and post production. I gained skills in managing a team within different departments, writing briefs and managing time sheets so that productions were kept within budgets. I also gained skills in B2B networking and attended events to regularly recruit potential clients and employees. I would research potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss our services and present creative ideas.

Whilst I was studying at University I worked in the hospitality industry. During my time I built a strong relationship with the team and customers. After graduating from University I was asked by management to take on the role of Team Leader, a few months later I was asked to be a Deputy Manager and run the pub alone 4 nights a week. I was responsible for managing a small team, motivating the team with challenges to up sell products. I learnt how to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, insuring good customer service. I was responsible for entering staff wages, controlling stock counts, ordering stock and I was also responsible for banking large sums of money. I gained my Food & Hygiene, Health & Safety and First Aid Certificate whilst working at the Tudor Arms.

Responsible for the Staff and their morale.Setting a standard for the staff to follow and look up to. Addressing any issues the staff have and bringing them to the managers attention. Inspiring staff to meet and excel their personal targets.
