Through accelerated learning programs, staffing services, and job placement assistance, we help current and aspiring IT professionals to develop successful technology careers worldwide.Responsibilities:• Involved in end-to-end recruitment process.• Handling Team of Junior, Mid-Level & Senior recruiters. • Coordinating with Clients for various Manpower needs.• Understanding the recruitment requirements of Clients & manage all aspects of operations for achieving high customer satisfaction level.• Sourcing & Screening resumes through different job portals and internal database, candidate references, Headhunting, etc.• Understanding the candidate's profile and identifying their suitability• Assessing candidate's credentials and qualifications.• Scheduling the interviews of candidates with Clients for various rounds.• Taking feedback from Clients.• Negotiating on compensation package and joining time with the shortlisted candidates to get the Candidates on board.Currently sourcing and hiring Veterans for technical Positions.
