. My key responsibilities are, but not limited to: • Supporting the quotation/proposal process - Preparing and coordinating preparation of tenders/proposals; including the preparation of all documentation required for the quotation.- Updating sales enquiry information - Preparing draft project cost and profitability calculations- Carry out sales follow ups • Managing Contracts- Supporting the conversion process for a Sales enquiry to a firm order- Ensuring receipt of purchase order numbers from customers- Ensuring information is stored in line with the company’s principles/guidance.• Supporting Project Management - Selecting, negotiating and purchasing equipment for projects in accordance with defined authority limits.- Entering and raising purchase orders- Generating contracts for casual workers- Organizing hotel and travel arrangements for deployed staff- Reviewing and approving timesheets - Processing project specific documentation for deployed personnel - Providing the point of contact for all project queries in the absence of Managers- Participating in project reviews together with management and finance- Supporting creation of all project related reports- Preparation of Invoices, issuing to client and entering onto finance system- Reviewing cash collection, investigating overdue accounts and ensuring final collection of monies.
