I recently joined Flow Traders as a Rewards and HR Policies Specialist, focusing on compensation, benefits, and HR policies. My role involves reviewing existing programs and collaborating with HR leadership to create effective strategies. In September 2021, I joined OLX Group as a Total Rewards Analyst, managing data, analytics, and communications. I also served as the Communications Lead for the Women@OLX BRG. Before OLX, I worked at ASICS from January to August 2021, focusing on reporting and data visualizations. I created quarterly HR and D&I dashboards for ASICS EMEA and eventually managed recruitment processes. I graduated with a master’s in Applied Cognitive Psychology in March 2021, studying how cognitive psychology principles affect workplace productivity and user experience on digital platforms. My interests include HR total rewards, DEI, research, data analytics, process optimization, HR transformation, and employee engagement. I’m also exploring Data Storytelling & Visualization to expand my skills in this area.
