Corporate oversight of 4 psychiatric treatment facilities in North Carolina.

Contracted to work at this struggling PRTF to facilitate transition of clients, train staff, and implement a plan of corrections that would bring all the facility violations into compliance with state and federal regulations. The project was a success. The owner pulled out amid personal financial constraints. We were successful in saving the license however.

Supervised and oversaw day to day operations, developed policy, managed budget, acted as liaison with state and private agencies, developed community outreach programs, Coordinated company wide safety programs, Worked with insurance agencies to minimize risks and bring cost down. developed leadership at over five facilities, linked and arranged services for consumers. Worked with government agencies to insure compliance.
