As a Managing Coordinator at Just in Time for Foster Youth, I support the short- and long-term employment success of our participants so that they may achieve financial stability and security, define who they are as individuals, obtain meaningful employment, and cultivate and leverage supportive relationships and networks to achieve their individualized goals.From the start, I have been aware of my desire to make an impact within my community, and therefore, have spent most of my professional career working behind the scenes at various non-profit organizations that addressed economic and environmental challenges faced by communities. Additionally, I spent over two years as an elementary school teacher, cultivating the minds of my students and nurturing their holistic selves.
