After a successful probation period I was promoted from a helpdesk role to an administrator, taking on more responsibility within the team. My main role was to manage the online benefit accounts for a portfolio of clients. Monthly tasks included data reconciliation, running provider files and payroll reports for each client, together with maintaining a positive relationship with them. The position also involved speaking with employees, via the helpdesk, to help solve any queries they may have. Hosting and taking part in conference calls allows me to work closely with colleagues and clients at all levels. As new employees joined our team, I was able to assist them in their training of our daily processes and how to navigate our systems.
