During my first year at Jude’s I learnt an incredible amount. I managed artwork requests, influencer marketing and helped create content for social. I also regularly assisted the sales team in curating events, innovative activations and POS artwork. In the later half of the year, I picked up a lot of new responsibilities. This resulted in learning new skills such as website and Shopify management, email marketing, brand partnerships, copywriting, social media management, PR and digital reporting.

I have had my own business for 4 years, and have worked on a number of jobs including weddings, family photoshoots, headshots, corporate events, product photography for publishing and fashion photography. During these 4 years I have communicated effectively with clients, created my own brand, curated my website and kept my social media pages up to date. In doing this I have developed incredible self-motivation and ambition to work to set deadlines, built an impressive portfolio of work, and have a network of clients with great testimonials.

PBS4 are a non-profit social enterprise, specialising in support for adults with learning disabilities and autism. • I managed their social media accounts, was responsible for scheduling, creating and analysing content cross-platform. • Within my first 2 months, Instagram engagement increased by +390%, post interactions by +1,200% and Facebook page visits by +97%.• I managed internal and external events, such as an art workshop, collaborating with a Southampton-based independent artist I met at a networking event, as well as an awards evening for the people we support and PBS4 team members. • I created promotional assets for the business to aid their rebrand, such as flyers, establishing a house-style online, and job fair banners. • I worked closely with their external marketing and design firm to support the new website launch, providing professional photographs, copy and worked with the CEO to reform the company’s vision and mission statements. • I kept up to date with news in the social care sector, writing blogs on issues such as the LeDeR Report and events like the Great British Care Awards.• I created and ran the first ever PBS awareness day, which brought great engagement for the business and awareness of positive behaviour support. • I designed and collated data for their first ever Social Impact Report- please find attached!
