I managed Bodē NYC from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, I began teaching full time. I'm well versed in the operations of running a yoga studio, from sales, marketing, payroll and budgets to hiring, employee trainings and client relations. I have been a student of the Bikram series for almost two decades. Years of practice, and my official certification have giving me the tools to teach proper alignment and form. My theatrical background is an asset to my teaching as I am able to communicate to students with ease and clarity. I bring passion, a sense of humor and specificity to my teaching. Currently teaching 10+ classes a week, as well as private sessions to students of all skill levels, ages, sizes and backgrounds.
