Building a network of passionate and committed women and girls, organisations and individuals, to support teenage girls from the least advantaged communities across England. I believe that mentoring, access to opportunities and the support and confidence to seize them, can be transformational. I want to use my experience as a teacher and an entrepreneur to find the most effective way to support our future generation of female leaders. I want to use my platform as charity CEO to share what we know works, and to mobilise others to help ensure that neither your gender nor your family income determine the opportunities that are available to you.
