Developed a strategy to institute a league of debate teams from eight of DPSS’s most challenging schools. Developed presentations and promotional materials to educate members from the DCPS School Board and key stakeholders about the potential impact that implementing an Urban Debate League could have on the DCPS community.Developed strategies to assist the League Developer with managing an Urban Debate League.Developed protocols for planning and administration of program events and activities, including summer camp, pre-season workshops, and monthly tournaments.
