I have extensive experience in developing and managing all aspects of an organization's quality improvement efforts, including developing and administering programs, training and coaching employees, and facilitating organization-wide change.As a Certified Personal & Professional Development Coach, I use The THINK Process (™) to help individuals reach their potential and grow their careers.
