•Led major bid (£180m) to refresh IFF technology on Airbus A330 MRTT Variant, managing numerous Primary Sub-Contractors and major shareholders such as Airbus Defence & Space, Thales, Rolls Royce, Cobham and Babcock alongside negotiating with the MoD to satisfy schedule and cost benefit challenges, initiating lifecycle management and gated reviews to ensure full transparency and buy-in from Executive Team within AirTanker Services and parent company, AirTanker Ltd.•Initiated, analysed and presented multiple scenarios to the Executive Team to ensure sufficient levels of funding were submitted into annual Business Plan to assist with recruitment, current and planned training strength, logistics, additional revenue, aircraft conversions and deployments.• Improved the Project Management Office, providing Business-wide governance and project Management Methodology, implementing a Project Management document suite including; Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, Scheduling tools for non-project professionals and Stakeholder & Communications Plans.

Responsible for launching Project Wedding Ltd, a bespoke wedding coordination service based in the South East of England.Secured start up funds by submission of business plans, exhibited at major Wedding Shows including Brides the Show and the National Wedding Show.
