My big focus' being Women's rights in the workplace and Disability Diversity in the workplace. I currently live with a long-term chronic condition which gives me valuable insight into how the charity sector can use it's powers to not only include those with Disabilities but also make use of this very dedicated workforce.My professional goal has always been to help people and now I recognise in myself how much I value working for an organisation which is functions to create lasting and impactful social change. I have always been interested in the way that systems work, and enjoy considering how to facilitate efficiencies. My strengths lie in organisation, communication and Training.I am always seeking where I can employ my knowledge, experience and passions in organisations that shares my ethos around making a difference. I am in search of somewhere where I can continue to improve and grow, I am passionate about improving people's knowledge and equality. I am looking forward to my future.
