In addition to founding and managing my own search firm - CRA Solutions, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience consulting at Senior Executive and C-Suite levels, across the Infrastructure, Banking and Finance, Property, Utilities, Technology, Public Sector (Transport for NSW) and Professional Services sectors (Deloitte Consulting) among others. With a strong background in Search, including a 5 year tenure based in Hong Kong, I have delivered functional search mandates across Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, HR, Technology, Projects and Operations. Upon returning to Australia, I have delivered consulting services to one of Australia’s leading financial institutions, a global IT vendor, major government agency and several large professional services businesses. I offer my exceptional Australasian network, delivery of insightful market mapping projects and innovative talent attraction initiatives. I commenced my career in Marketing and later worked in a professional services firm as senior Business Development Manager - servicing the top ASX listed companies.
