To achieve Financial Equity and inclusion: ensuring that all individuals have equal access to financial services and professional opportunities that can help them generate greater wealth.To aid growth: when a company adds new resources, capital, people, or technology and revenue increases as a result. Or to scale: when revenue increases without a substantial increase in resources. Processes "that scale" are those that can be implemented without extra human effort (usually technology based).And to establish a network of BME Women led businesses, for the purpose of Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists seeking capital growth in the North of England.
